Training in a team atmosphere is a fun effective way to get certified fitness training with the camaraderie of other team members seeking the same goal.  Swim, bike, run is an exercise and a mantra that leads to a complete lifestyle of health and fitness.

This life-changing journey is a challenge that will test your will but the reward is priceless.  We have a program in place that has been successful in producing 40 Ironman and Ironman 70.3 finishers since 2011.  This 25 week training process is designed to get fit into your busy lifestyle.  We have plenty of training tools in place along with weekly team training sessions and conference calls to help you reach your goal of becoming an Ironman or improving on your time from a previous race.  Weekly training is scheduled and if you stay on track your success is eminent.  This is going to be next level training and quite the journey.  Take ownership of your experience and enjoy it.

  • Relay events will close quickly
  • IM Texas will probably close in November
Initial Requirements:
Monthly Training Packages to prepare your for racing or for general fitness:
  • Swimming class per week (Recommended)
  • Weekly conference calls
  • Weekly group training: swims, bikes, and runs
  • Weekly mileage logging
