Kerry D. Huston has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) with The National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A.), and an Ironman University Certified Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and The Master Frog Coach for Frog Fitness Inc. Kerry’s fitness roots begin in gymnastics where he competed on the University of Minnesota Men’s Gymnastics Team and Internationally on the USA Gymnastics Team. He is a multiple-time Ironman finisher and Ironman all-world athlete.  Kerry also has experience with coming back from a life-changing injury.  Kerry utilizes his experience as an athlete, coach, and injury warrior to help his clients get their best results.
